You’re invited! Media personality, nutrition expert Linda Quinn to showcase New York state apples at state fair

One of New York state’s most dynamic media spokespersons will make a public appearance on August 28 at the Great New York State Fair in Syracuse, you won’t want to miss her!
Linda Quinn, MS, RDN is a Registered Dietitian and nutrition spokesperson for the New York state apple industry. She will provide an update on the latest apple health research news, and demonstrate a gourmet recipe that puts apples at the center of the plate.
“Linda is a New York state treasure, she is fun, informative and full of surprises,” said New York Apple Association President Jim Allen. “Whatever your beat – health, food, agriculture or local interest – you will want to catch her presentation!”
Quinn will appear Aug. 28 at 3:30 pm in the Demonstration Kitchen in the Art and Home Center Building.
